Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and process refunds only in case of damaged products.
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be damaged upon arrival.

You must notify us within 2 days of receiving the product.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase and photo/video evidence of the damage.
How to Request a Return
If you receive a damaged item:

A clear photo/video of the damaged product

A short description of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours. If approved, we will provide further instructions on how to return the product.
Refunds
Once the damaged item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Note:

Returns/refunds are not applicable for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size/color ordered, or general dissatisfaction.

Refunds will only be issued for products confirmed as damaged.
